Sales Specialist – Heavy Equipment

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Specialist to join Zoomlion’s Heavy Equipment division in Zimbabwe. The role focuses on promoting agriculture, construction and mining machinery and offers a chance to build a career with a global leader in machinery manufacturing.

Key responsibilities

• Meet monthly sales targets and achieve pipeline and collections goals.
• Prospect, qualify and generate new leads for product lines across agriculture, construction and mining.
• Contact prospective clients through calls and visits to promote Zoomlion’s products and services.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Maintain and update activities in the CRM system.
• Monitor competitors, new products and market conditions to understand customer needs.
• Prepare and submit weekly reports to the line manager.
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions and industry events.

Required profile

• Minimum Matric/Grade 12; tertiary education is an advantage.
• At least 2 years of sales experience in the heavy equipment or related machinery sector.
• Technical aptitude for understanding machinery specifications and applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to excellent customer service.
• Own a reliable vehicle, laptop and cellphone.
