Sales Promoter (Event Services)

About the role

This part‑time, on‑site Sales Promoter role supports the growth of Melle Prestige Events Planners’ client base by engaging prospective and existing clients and promoting tailored event packages.

Key responsibilities

• Engage prospective and existing clients and present event planning services.
• Distribute promotional materials and assist with in‑person marketing activities.
• Respond to client inquiries and maintain accurate records of leads, follow‑ups and conversions.
• Coordinate with events and marketing teams to support campaigns and collect client feedback.

Required profile

• Strong sales and sales promotion abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to manage client data and sales reports.
• Relevant experience in events, hospitality, retail or service‑oriented sales.
• Ability to work on‑site, manage time effectively and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in marketing, sales or events management is an advantage.
