Sales Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Consultant to join Heritage Expeditions Africa’s Victoria Falls branch. You will be the first point of contact for guests, handling enquiries, bookings and promoting our travel experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Take direct, telephone and email bookings and allocate them to the appropriate activities.
• Conduct daily telesales calls and manage social‑media marketing initiatives.
• Gather market intelligence to support sales strategies.
• Follow up on deposits, payments and cancellations, ensuring accurate processing.
• Manage online booking platforms and maintain a comprehensive customer database.
• Build and sustain profitable relationships with clients.
• Assist walk‑in clients and provide exceptional customer service.

Required profile

• Degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management, Tourism and Leisure Management or an equivalent field.
• Diploma in Sales and Marketing is an advantage.
• Highly sales‑oriented with excellent customer service abilities.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficient with computers and standard office applications.
