Regional Manager – Quick Service Restaurant (QSR)

About the role

The Regional Manager will lead and oversee all quick‑service restaurant (QSR) outlets within an assigned region. This senior position is responsible for driving sales growth, profitability, operational excellence and brand consistency across multiple sites.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop store managers and their teams to achieve performance targets.
• Manage regional budgets, forecasts, cost controls and analyse sales and profitability data.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health and safety regulations through audits and store visits.
• Coordinate with production and logistics to maintain product availability, control stock integrity and minimise shrinkage.
• Support new store openings, remodels, relocations and site readiness assessments.

Required profile

• Proven multi‑site management experience in retail or QSR environments.
• Track record of increasing sales, reducing costs and improving customer satisfaction.
• Experience in high‑volume supply chain coordination and perishable product management.
• Strong leadership, people management and financial acumen.
