QA Data Manager – Lead Data Labeling Review Team

About the role

We are hiring QA Data Managers to lead VQ Flow's quality assurance operations. You will manage a team of data labeling reviewers and own the QA and Gold‑Standard verification stages of our three‑stage validation pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate teams of data labeling reviewers.
• Execute the company's QA sampling policy across active datasets and projects.
• Approve dataset media after confirming labels meet accuracy standards.
• Surface quality issues, reviewer‑performance trends, and dataset drift.
• Coach reviewers, onboard new joiners, and maintain QA documentation.
• Maintain strict data confidentiality and chain‑of‑custody across all datasets.

Required profile

• Must be located in Zimbabwe.
• Minimum 5 O'Level passes, including Mathematics and English.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Proven ability to coordinate small teams and meet deadlines.
• Reliable computer/laptop and stable internet connection.
