Project-Based Software & Digital Transformation Specialist

About the role

Assureplus Management Consultancy is expanding its Digital Transformation & Software offering and seeks a skilled specialist to deliver technology solutions on a project‑by‑project basis. You will work closely with consultants and clients to turn business requirements into reliable, user‑friendly applications.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and customise ERP, accounting, inventory, procurement, asset‑management, HR, payroll, CRM, property‑management, and school‑management systems.
• Design and build websites, mobile applications, workflow automation tools, and business dashboards.
• Develop and manage databases, system integrations, and digital document‑management solutions.
• Provide ERP support, maintenance, troubleshooting, testing, deployment, and user training.
• Translate business processes into functional software solutions throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Proven experience in software development and system implementation.
• Strong knowledge of database development and system integration.
• Experience creating business‑management/ERP solutions.
• Ability to understand and translate business processes into technology.
• Excellent communication and client‑facing skills.
• Portfolio or demonstrable evidence of previous software projects.
