Podcast Producer for Shameless Tuesday

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Podcast Producer to drive the engine behind "Shameless Tuesday," the practitioner‑focused podcast for digital transformation leaders across African industries. You will own the end‑to‑end production process and ensure each episode reaches the audience on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and secure high‑calibre, credible guests for the show.
• Develop the episode brief, including the core question, angle, and call‑to‑action.
• Manage the full production cycle: sourcing, pre‑recording, recording (via Riverside), editing, publishing, and post‑episode follow‑up.
• Ship each episode on a consistent cadence, including social media versions.

• Highly organized – you maintain a reliable production schedule.
