Manager, Enterprise Direct Enablement

About the role

As the Manager, Enterprise Direct Enablement you will prioritise client demand aligned to Enterprise Direct (ED) business requirements, shape client journeys and ensure the adoption of new digital platforms across the ED teams. You will drive the migration of Enterprise Direct to a fully digital environment, supporting the bank’s broader digital transformation agenda.

Key responsibilities

• Prioritise client demand and translate it into actionable ED business requirements.
• Develop and refine client journeys to improve experience and efficiency.
• Promote utilisation of new digital platforms and components across ED teams.
• Lead the migration of Enterprise Direct services to a fully digital operating model.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience in general banking operations, including business banking products and processes.
• Proven expertise in data mining, analytics, forecasting, reporting and dashboard development.
• Experience designing customer‑experience solutions and driving digital adoption.
• Strong background in Agile and SAFe methodologies, business intelligence and data‑driven decision making.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and coach teams, manage change and work across multiple stakeholders.
