Field Sales Representative – Pharmacy Accounts (Harare)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive field sales representative to expand Afridose’s pharmacy network in Harare and surrounding areas. You will be the front‑line driver of our mission to improve access to health products across borders by opening new accounts and nurturing existing ones.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach and pitch independent pharmacies, wholesalers and retail buyers to open new Afridose accounts.
• Manage the full sales cycle from cold outreach to pricing negotiations, objection handling and closing.
• Increase order velocity and reorder frequency, ensuring pharmacies restock before stock‑outs.
• Maintain and grow post‑sale relationships by resolving issues quickly and preventing churn.
• Follow a disciplined daily field schedule, log every interaction in a CRM and report pipeline weekly.
• Receive and deliver stock, process payments and ensure safe keeping of inventory.

Required profile

• A genuine hunter mentality with a drive to achieve B2B sales targets.
• Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills for face‑to‑face pitching.
• High personal accountability and ownership of results.
• Self‑managed, organized and able to run your own schedule without supervision.
• Based in or around Harare with reliable personal transport for daily visits.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a CRM system to track leads and activities.
