Delivery Officer – Harare

About the role

The Delivery Officer will oversee the safe handling, movement and dispatch of parcels and stock within our Harare warehouse. This role requires close coordination with outsourced couriers and meticulous documentation of inventory and fees.

Key responsibilities

• Parcel movement: securely collect, load, offload and dispatch parcels and stock.
• Documentation: verify physical stock against D‑Notes and GRVs and track logistical fees.
• Coordination: communicate transit logistics and negotiate fees with outsourced couriers.
• Inventory management: organise and shelf stock displays to maintain an orderly warehouse environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience in logistics, courier coordination, dispatch or warehouse operations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with professional phone etiquette.
• Exceptional cost‑negotiation abilities and high integrity.
• Physical stamina for loading and offloading consignments.
