About the role
The Country Public Relations position is responsible for shaping and managing the relationship between the organization and government authorities at ministerial level and above. The role involves interpreting national policies, uncovering business opportunities, and supporting the execution of ToG projects.
Key responsibilities
- Map and maintain the decision‑making chain of national governments and political parties, driving high‑level public‑relations initiatives.
- Interpret country policies, identify government business clues, and leverage resources for business development.
- Assist the AR Project Director in planning and delivering ToG projects.
- Build a favourable investment environment and a robust government‑business ecosystem for ToG growth.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Public Administration, Political Science, Agricultural Economics, Engineering Management or related fields.
- Solid experience in government affairs and public relations within the host country; prior government sales experience is a plus.
- Access to ministerial‑level resources and strong local networks are highly preferred.
- Experience with Huawei, central or local state‑owned enterprises, or large private firms with extensive government projects is advantageous.
- Proficiency in business communication and commercial affairs.
