Civil Engineer – Site Inspection & Concrete Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a qualified Civil Engineer to join our team in Harare. The role focuses on site surveys, concrete delivery coordination, and providing technical support for ready‑mix concrete projects across various construction sites.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys and inspections before concrete deliveries and pouring.
• Assess customer sites, advise on concrete requirements and site conditions.
• Coordinate with customers, contractors, dispatch, production and technical teams.
• Provide on‑site technical support during concrete pouring when required.
• Monitor concrete delivery and site operations to ensure proper procedures are followed.
• Handle and investigate technical customer complaints and provide after‑sales support.
• Prepare detailed site inspection and technical reports.
• Promote good customer relations and represent the company professionally.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Relevant experience in civil engineering, construction, concrete or ready‑mix concrete.
• Experience in site inspections, concrete works or construction supervision.
• Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel to customer sites; own car is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional, reliable and well‑organised.
