About the role
We are seeking a skilled Pneumatic Roller Operator to join our construction team in Harare. The successful candidate will operate pneumatic tyre rollers on road surfacing and compaction projects, ensuring high‑quality finishes while adhering to project timelines.
Key responsibilities
- Operate pneumatic tyre rollers on various road construction sites.
- Maintain equipment performance and report any issues promptly.
- Work under pressure to meet project deadlines.
- Perform tasks in remote project locations as required.
- Uphold health, safety, and environmental standards on site.
Required profile
- Physically fit and able to work in remote locations.
- Valid operator’s licence or certificate.
- Minimum three years’ experience operating pneumatic tyre rollers.
- Proven experience in road surfacing and compaction works.
