Chief Finance Officer & Finance Director

About the role

ZSE Holdings is looking for a senior finance leader to build a forward‑looking finance function for a capital‑markets group. This Board‑level appointment will shape the Group’s financial strategy and provide the CEO and Board with clear insight into performance, risks and choices.

Key responsibilities

• Transform financial and operating data into strategic decisions and strengthen forecasting and cash discipline.
• Challenge the business commercially, improve management information, and deliver clear performance and risk reporting to the Group CEO and Board.
• Lead group consolidation, financing, capital allocation and finance transformation initiatives.
• Ensure robust financial controls and governance across the organisation.

Required profile

• Finance or Accounting degree with CA, ACCA or CIMA qualification and at least seven years of relevant experience, including senior finance responsibility.
• Experience in financial services, capital markets or another regulated environment is advantageous.
• Commercially minded leader with strong analytical depth, judgment and the confidence to challenge constructively.
