About the role
Proplastics is seeking enthusiastic Call Centre Representatives to join its customer service team. You will be the first point of contact for clients, delivering accurate information about our high‑quality plastic piping solutions and ensuring a positive experience.
Key responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls in a professional manner.
- Respond to inquiries, complaints, and service requests promptly.
- Provide accurate product and service information.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
- Maintain up‑to‑date customer records and call logs.
- Update customer information in company systems.
- Achieve call centre performance and quality targets while collaborating with the team to improve service delivery.
Required profile
- Diploma in Business Administration, Customer Service, Sales, Marketing or related field.
- Proven experience in a call centre or customer service environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets.
- Professional telephone etiquette and a customer‑focused attitude.
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
