About the role
The Administration Clerk will support the smooth operation of the office by managing assets, payroll data, procurement and vehicle maintenance. This position is based in Marondera and involves regular interaction with staff and contractors.
Key responsibilities
- Record and code all office furniture and equipment for the asset register.
- Ensure timely repairs of furniture and equipment.
- Recruit and select contract workers.
- Capture payroll data and raise procurement documents.
- Administer vehicle services and maintenance.
- Update employee leave records.
- Conduct safety and health checks.
- File various human‑resource and administration documents.
Required profile
- Five ‘O’ level certificates including English, Mathematics or Accounts.
- Certificate in Human Resources or Administration Management.
- Computer literacy.
- At least one year of relevant experience.
Required skills
- SAP (preferred).
