Real Estate SDR – Inbound Lead Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a disciplined and professional SDR to manage inbound real estate leads for residential builders and real estate operators. The role involves quickly engaging new inquiries, qualifying prospects, nurturing conversations, and booking high‑quality appointments for our clients' sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads immediately via phone, SMS, and email.
• Qualify prospects based on defined criteria (budget, timeline, intent, location, etc.).
• Book qualified appointments into client calendars and confirm them.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline stages, and follow structured follow‑up sequences.
• Re‑engage aged or unresponsive leads and report daily activity and KPIs.

Required profile

• Clear, professional English communication with a neutral accent.
• Confident phone presence, strong objection‑handling and organized, disciplined work style.
• Self‑managed, performance‑driven and comfortable using CRM systems.

What we offer
