Leasing and Business Development Manager

About the role

Our client is seeking a Leasing and Business Development Manager to drive tenant acquisition, lease negotiations and market growth. The role combines hands‑on leasing activities with strategic business development to expand the property portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Advertise vacant units, conduct tours, screen applications and convert prospects into tenants.
• Draft and negotiate lease agreements, process paperwork and manage renewals.
• Lead, train and set quarterly sales targets for leasing agents and on‑site staff.
• Analyse local rental trends, competitor pricing and adjust rates to stay competitive.
• Handle tenant inquiries, coordinate move‑ins and move‑outs, and oversee service requests.
• Track rent and deposit collections, monitor budgets and ensure compliance with housing laws.
• Research industry and market trends to identify new business opportunities.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Business Management, Marketing, Real Estate or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in property management, real estate sales or leasing consultancy.
