Powerpoint Specialist (Remote Contract)

About the role

We are looking for a remote Powerpoint Specialist to design and execute complex business presentations, reports and documents for Fortune‑500 style scenarios. The role is contract‑based and involves close collaboration with an advanced language model to produce high‑quality Office Open XML files.

Key responsibilities

• Design realistic, multi‑step business tasks using PowerPoint, Excel and Word, simulating Fortune‑500 environments.
• Collaborate with a large language model (LLM) to discuss, edit and create .pptx files.
• Evaluate two LLM‑generated deliverables per task, selecting the most accurate result.
• Create prompts and tasks that would normally require several hours of manual effort.
• Conduct structured four‑turn conversations with the LLM, providing feedback after each round.
• Document observations and recommendations to improve LLM handling of real‑world business documents.
• Support cross‑functional use cases such as reporting, presenting, analyzing and proposing across various industries.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of recent experience on complex projects within Fortune 500 companies or top‑tier consultancies.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills with strong exposure to Excel and Word.
• Proven track record in creating and reviewing professional business documents.
• Experience in finance, healthcare, consulting, technology or retail sectors and in functions such as strategy, operations, sales, marketing, finance or HR.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to give clear, actionable feedback.
• Prior experience with LLMs or AI‑powered tools is highly desirable.
