User Experience Designer

About the role

ZB Financial Holdings is looking for an experienced User Experience Designer to shape intuitive, engaging and accessible digital experiences across its banking, insurance and investment platforms. You will champion a customer‑centric design culture and support the Group’s digital transformation agenda.

Key responsibilities

• Design user‑centred interfaces for digital banking, mobile, web and self‑service platforms.
• Lead end‑to‑end UX processes, including research, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping and usability testing.
• Translate business requirements and customer insights into functional, visually compelling design solutions.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides and UI component libraries for consistency.
• Collaborate with product owners, analysts and developers to ensure technical feasibility and specification compliance.
• Conduct usability testing and analyse user behaviour, feedback and analytics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Create high‑fidelity mock‑ups, interactive prototypes and detailed design specifications for development handover.
• Ensure all designs meet accessibility, usability and responsive standards across devices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in UI/UX or digital product design, preferably within banking, financial services or a technology environment.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute UI/UX strategies aligned with business goals and brand identity.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user‑centred design solutions for web and mobile platforms.

Required skills

• Proficiency with UI/UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD.
• Experience creating and maintaining design systems and component libraries.
• Working knowledge of front‑end design constraints, including HTML, CSS and responsive design principles.
• Practical understanding of user research methods, usability testing and interaction design principles.
