Partnerships and Reporting Officer (Fixed-Term)

About the role

The Partnerships and Reporting Officer will support UNICEF’s Partnership, Advocacy and Communications team in Harare. Reporting to the Chief of Communications, Advocacy and Partnerships, the role focuses on strengthening collaboration with key stakeholders, providing environmental scanning, knowledge exchange, resource mobilisation and policy influence.

Key responsibilities

• Support the implementation of the Partnership Advocacy and Communication work plan, ensuring timely and cost‑effective delivery of results.
• Build and maintain partnerships with public and private actors by assisting in the development of standards, guidance, work plans and strategies.
• Gather, analyse and report information to produce fact‑based insights that inform partner relationship approaches.
• Facilitate internal information sharing and ensure accurate, timely updates to partners.
• Contribute to the drafting, review and quality assurance of donor proposals, budgets, partner agreements, amendments and donor reports.

Required profile

• Experience in partnership development and resource mobilisation within an international or NGO context.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to generate fact‑based insights.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities to engage with senior management and external partners.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver high‑quality documentation.
