Dynamics Analyst – Data Analytics & Business Performance

About the role

We are seeking a Dynamics Analyst to collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources, helping the organization monitor performance and uncover improvement opportunities. The role involves close collaboration with management and departmental teams to translate business needs into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from various internal and external sources.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance metrics using analytical tools.
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
• Evaluate existing business processes and recommend efficiency‑enhancing solutions.
• Support the implementation and optimisation of business systems and analytical platforms.
• Prepare detailed analytical reports and present findings to stakeholders.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with company standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
