Motorcycle Messenger – Full-time (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Motorcycle Messenger to join our team in Zimbabwe. This full-time position offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to combine on-site deliveries with occasional work-from-home tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily routes to transport documents, parcels and packages safely and on time.
• Maintain the motorcycle in good working order, performing basic maintenance as needed.
• Interact courteously with clients during pickups and drop-offs, ensuring a professional service experience.
• Adhere to road-safety regulations and company safety compliance standards.

Required profile

• Valid motorcycle licence with a clean driving record.
• Strong knowledge of local geography and route navigation.
• Excellent time-management, punctuality and ability to meet delivery deadlines.
• High reliability, responsibility and self-motivation.
• Previous delivery or messenger experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
