Graphic Designer – Visual Branding & Marketing

About the role

Radial Communications is seeking a full‑time Graphic Designer to join its Harare studio. You will be responsible for creating visual concepts that support client branding, marketing collateral and digital assets, ensuring high‑quality design that meets both client and company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and refine design layouts, selecting appropriate typography, colour palettes and imagery.
• Produce print‑ready files and digital assets for various production channels.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to maintain design quality and consistency.
• Ensure all deliverables adhere to established brand guidelines and project deadlines.
• Stay up‑to‑date with current design trends, tools and industry best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field (preferred).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity across branding, logo design and marketing materials.
• Excellent attention to detail, time‑management skills and ability to work collaboratively.

Required skills

• High proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud – Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
• Knowledge of print production processes, layout design and pre‑press preparation.
