Stakeholder Engagement, Events & Challenges Expert

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Non-Key Expert to support stakeholder mobilisation, institutional events, innovation competitions, outreach activities and B2B/B2G matchmaking across the Africa‑EU space ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Mobilise stakeholders and organise institutional events within the Africa‑EU space partnership.
• Design and run innovation competitions and challenges.
• Coordinate outreach activities and B2B/B2G matchmaking.
• Maintain stakeholder mapping and engagement records.

Required profile

• University degree (minimum three years) in communication, international relations, event management, social sciences or related field.
• Excellent command of English; working knowledge of French and/or Portuguese is an asset.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in stakeholder engagement, event organisation or ecosystem mobilisation.
• Minimum 1 year of experience supporting institutional events, stakeholder outreach, innovation competitions, challenges or matchmaking.
