Sales Representative – Outbound Telesales (Harare)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our team in Harare. You will be responsible for generating new business through outbound telesales, managing client relationships and supporting the sales process from lead generation to order fulfilment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound telesales calls to pitch products, generate leads and close orders.
• Record all client interactions, queries and follow‑ups in the CRM system.
• Research and source contact details for key decision‑makers.
• Prepare quotations, pro‑forma invoices and official orders.
• Provide after‑sales support and coordinate with internal logistics teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 6 months experience in telesales, outbound call centres or client service.
• Proficient with CRM software and office suites.
• Strong negotiation skills, excellent communication and high attention to detail.
