Sales Representative – Hair Products (Harare)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to promote the full EVA Hair range of braids and weaves across Harare and surrounding regions. You will work directly with wholesalers, hair shops, salons and retailers, building strong relationships and driving sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Sell EVA Hair products to existing and new customers on a planned weekly route.
• Take orders, arrange deliveries and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Identify and open new customer accounts, expanding the distribution network.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, orders, stock issued, deliveries and payments; submit daily and weekly reports.
• Promote new product launches, support in‑store promotions, salon activations and marketing campaigns.
• Gather market intelligence on customer preferences, competitor products and pricing, and report findings to management.
• Represent the company professionally and protect the EVA Hair brand reputation.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years proven sales experience, preferably in FMCG, hair, beauty or cosmetics.
• Strong knowledge of the Harare hair‑shop and salon trade; existing relationships are an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and customer‑service skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Basic computer literacy (WhatsApp, Excel, email) and ability to keep accurate records.
• Clean Class 4 driver’s licence is an advantage.
• Honest, reliable and well presented.
