Digital Marketing Specialist (On-site, Harare)

About the role

The Digital Marketing Specialist role at La Foi Designs is a contract, on‑site position based in Harare, Zimbabwe. You will develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote innovative stretch ceiling solutions across online channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow social media accounts on major platforms.
• Create engaging content, including basic graphics and short videos.
• Optimize the company’s online presence and SEO performance.
• Monitor campaign performance and analyse web and social media metrics.
• Prepare performance reports and recommend improvements to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
• Collaborate with design and sales teams to ensure messaging aligns with project goals and client needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital, online, and social media marketing.
• Strong web analytics skills for tracking and reporting campaign performance.
• Excellent communication abilities for clear messaging and teamwork.
• Experience creating digital content such as social posts, basic graphics, and short videos.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and familiarity with major social platforms and ad managers.
• Prior experience in design, architecture, construction, or related industries is a plus.
• Relevant honors degree or diploma in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
• Ability to work on‑site in Harare, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
