Vehicle Tracking & Technical Support Technician

About the role

As a Vehicle Tracking & Technical Support Technician you will install, configure and maintain a range of vehicle tracking and safety systems while delivering high‑quality after‑sales support.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain GPS vehicle tracking systems.
• Install and support remote engine cut‑off systems.
• Fit dashcams, fuel‑monitoring devices, speed governors and vehicle alarm systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle electrical and telematics systems.
• Provide technical support to customers and ensure excellent after‑sales service.
• Assist with customer demonstrations and recommend appropriate tracking and fleet‑management solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum of 5 O‑Level passes, including English, Mathematics and Science.
• Certificate, diploma or trade qualification in Automotive Electrical Engineering, Auto Electronics, Motor Mechanics or a related field.
• Proven experience installing vehicle tracking and telematics systems.
• Strong understanding of vehicle electrical systems and wiring diagrams.
• Valid driver’s licence and strong communication/customer‑service skills.
