Student Affairs Campus Coordinator – Harare/Kwekwe

About the role

The Student Affairs Campus Coordinator supports the Executive Dean of Student Affairs in overseeing student‑focused programs and services across the Harare and Kwekwe campuses. The role ensures that policies, procedures, and student welfare initiatives align with the university’s vision and mission.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between the Student Affairs Division and campus stakeholders.
• Develop and enhance services that promote student growth and well‑being.
• Monitor compliance with university policies and standard operating procedures.
• Assist students with welfare issues that may affect their academic performance.
• Participate in meetings, committees, and communicate relevant information as directed by the Executive Dean.
• Support administrative tasks and ensure smooth operation of the division.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Adult Education, Psychology, Counselling or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum two years of experience in a university or tertiary institution’s Student Affairs Division.
• Demonstrated leadership or involvement in student activities.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational abilities.
