Social Media Manager / Content Creator

About the role

We are seeking a creative, results‑driven Social Media Manager and Content Creator to elevate our brand’s digital presence. You will own the end‑to‑end process of planning, producing, and publishing engaging content that drives audience growth and interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a monthly content calendar aligned with brand objectives.
• Film, edit, and publish high‑quality videos, reels, TikToks, and static posts using a smartphone or professional camera.
• Monitor all social channels, respond to comments/DMs, and nurture an active community.
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion) and deliver monthly analytical reports with actionable insights.
• Stay current on platform algorithms, trends, and viral audio to keep content relevant.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or similar digital marketing role, with a strong portfolio.
• Reliable power supply (inverter, generator, or solar) and stable high‑speed internet.
• High‑functioning laptop capable of running editing software smoothly and a smartphone with a high‑quality camera.
• Excellent written and spoken English, strong storytelling ability, and solid time‑management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with mobile/desktop video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, and Canva.
• Graphic design capability for static social posts.
