Sales & Marketing Officer (Consumer Electronics)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Officer to join our growing team at Notebook Laptops ZW. You will be responsible for driving sales of our notebook laptops across Zimbabwe while building strong customer relationships and supporting our marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through visits, calls and online outreach.
• Prepare quotations, close sales and track orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain and grow existing customer relationships.
• Plan, execute and monitor marketing campaigns, including social‑media activities.
• Support promotional events and gather product feedback.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve sales processes and maintain accurate records.
• Provide regular performance and market‑trend reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, account management or business development, preferably in consumer electronics or IT.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management skills.
• Comfortable with technology and able to travel locally to meet customers.
• Certificate or degree in Marketing, Business, Sales or related field is a plus.
