Sales Executive – Remote Commission‑Only Role

About the role

We are looking for motivated sales professionals who want full control over their income, schedule, and growth. This remote, commission‑only position focuses on outbound prospecting, relationship building, and closing B2B deals across multiple product lines.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and contact business owners, managers, and decision‑makers via calls and emails.
• Present products and services clearly and confidently.
• Identify customer needs and match them with appropriate solutions.
• Book qualified appointments, demos, or sales conversations.
• Manage leads, follow‑ups, and activity through the company’s CRM.
• Meet daily and weekly activity targets while working independently.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated and comfortable with high‑activity outbound sales.
• Confident speaking with business decision‑makers.
• Disciplined, results‑driven, and able to work without constant supervision.
• Prior experience in sales, business development, appointment setting, or closing (B2B experience preferred).

Required skills

• Reliable computer with strong internet connection.
• Headset or professional phone setup for consistent outbound calls.
