Sales and Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Sales and Marketing Specialist will join Pindah’s fast‑growing team in Harare, working hybrid to drive demand for the company’s flagship software solutions – the Frame school management system and the Pindah ERP platform. You will be responsible for generating leads, delivering product demonstrations and supporting marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and nurture leads, managing the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing.
• Conduct in‑person and online demonstrations of Frame and Pindah ERP for diverse audiences.
• Develop, launch and monitor marketing campaigns across digital channels.
• Create sales collateral and support content creation for social media and other platforms.
• Engage with prospective and existing clients, respond to inquiries and manage relationships.
• Provide training and onboarding support for new users.
• Collaborate with product and technical teams to align messaging and gather market feedback.
• Contribute to strategic sales plans and performance reporting.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service skills with a proven ability to build trust.
• Demonstrated experience in sales and sales management, including lead generation, pipeline management and closing deals.
• Ability to deliver training and product demonstrations both in person and online.
• Interest or experience in SaaS, ERP or school‑management software.
• Basic knowledge of marketing principles, digital marketing, social media and content development.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and productivity software for tracking activities and reporting.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Information Systems or a related field is an advantage.
• Self‑motivated, organized and comfortable working in a fast‑paced startup environment with a hybrid work model.
