Remote Video Game Composer (Full‑time/Contract)

About the role

We are looking for a visionary composer to create dynamic, immersive music for our upcoming video game titles. Working remotely, you will define the sonic identity of each project, crafting themes that support narrative, characters and gameplay.

Key responsibilities

• Compose and produce original high‑quality scores ranging from ambient environments to combat and cinematic moments.
• Develop adaptive music layers and stems that react to player actions and changing game states.
• Collaborate with narrative designers, producers and sound designers to ensure music matches mood and pacing.
• Integrate musical assets into game engines and audio middleware (Wwise, FMOD) with seamless loops and transitions.
• Iterate quickly on feedback from playtests and revise mixes as needed.
• Maintain organized asset libraries, export files to technical specifications and meet delivery deadlines.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of professional experience composing music for video games with a strong, diverse portfolio.
• Fully equipped home studio capable of delivering studio‑standard audio.
• Excellent communication skills for virtual teamwork and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with DAWs such as Logic Pro, Cubase, Ableton Live or Pro Tools.
• Experience integrating music in Unity or Unreal Engine.
• Knowledge of audio middleware tools Wwise and FMOD.
