QA Data Manager – Lead Data Labeling Review Team

About the role

VQ Flow is looking for a QA Data Manager to lead the quality‑assurance operations of its enterprise‑grade data labeling platform. You will oversee a team of reviewers, ensure that dataset labels meet strict accuracy standards, and safeguard data confidentiality across all projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate teams of data labeling reviewers.
• Execute the company’s QA sampling policy across active datasets and projects.
• Approve dataset media after confirming labels meet accuracy standards.
• Identify and report quality issues, reviewer‑performance trends, and dataset drift.
• Coach reviewers, onboard new joiners, and maintain up‑to‑date QA documentation.
• Maintain strict data confidentiality and chain‑of‑custody for all datasets.

Required profile

• Must be located in Zimbabwe.
• Minimum five O’Level passes, including Mathematics and English.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Proven ability to coordinate small teams and meet deadlines.
• Reliable computer or laptop with a stable internet connection.

Required skills

• Familiarity with annotation tools.
• Experience with dataset versioning.
• Understanding of MLOps workflows.
