Marketing Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Project Manager to lead the planning, execution and delivery of data‑driven marketing initiatives. This full‑time remote position will coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure campaigns launch on time, stay within budget and achieve measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines and budgets for marketing campaigns.
• Facilitate communication between marketing, creative, analytics and other stakeholders.
• Track progress against milestones, monitor performance metrics and prepare regular status reports.
• Identify risks, propose corrective actions and adjust resources to keep projects on track.
• Ensure brand consistency and alignment of project objectives with overall business goals.

Required profile

• Proven project management experience, preferably in marketing or digital campaigns.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Experience with budgeting, cost tracking and basic ROI analysis.
• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts such as audience segmentation and brand positioning.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Self‑motivated and able to thrive in a remote work environment.
