Marketing Executive

About the role

SmartHR Solutions Zimbabwe is seeking a dynamic Marketing Executive to lead the creation and execution of marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive business growth. Based in Harare, you will work closely with the sales team and clients to deliver compelling campaigns and insightful market analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Create engaging content for marketing collateral, social media, email newsletters and other channels.
• Manage and optimise digital campaigns, monitoring performance and adjusting tactics as needed.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
• Coordinate promotional events and activities to increase brand awareness.
• Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and support revenue targets.
• Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all communication platforms.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, including social media strategy, content marketing and email marketing.
• Strong background in marketing analytics, market research and data‑driven decision making.
• Experience in brand management and campaign development, preferably within professional services or HR.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
