Learning and Development Manager

About the role

We are looking for a strategic, people‑focused Learning & Development Manager to lead employee growth in a fully remote environment. You will design, launch, and evaluate training programs that close skill gaps, foster continuous learning, and empower our global workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with C‑level leaders and department heads to identify skill gaps and align L&D initiatives with business goals.
• Create engaging curriculum—including e‑learning modules, virtual workshops, and micro‑learning content—for a distributed workforce.
• Lead and continuously improve the remote onboarding experience for new hires worldwide.
• Oversee the Learning Management System, ensuring courses are accessible, intuitive, and properly tracked.
• Manage the annual L&D budget, negotiate with external vendors, and track ROI on training initiatives.
• Analyze metrics, conduct skills audits, and gather learner feedback to refine programs.
• Collaborate with managers and HR to develop leadership training and career‑pathing frameworks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of L&D experience, with at least 2 years in a remote or distributed setting.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning theories, blended learning, and instructional design.
• Excellent written, verbal, and virtual presentation skills.

Required skills

• Experience with LMS platforms such as Docebo, Canvas, or Absorb.
• Proficiency in e‑learning authoring tools like Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate.
