Junior Training Support Expert

About the role
NTU International is looking for a Junior Training Support Expert to assist in coordinating and delivering training and capacity‑building activities for an EU‑funded technical assistance project supporting ECOWAS transport governance. The role involves supporting workshops, seminars and digital learning events across the West African region.
Key responsibilities
- Support the organisation and coordination of workshops, training sessions, seminars and learning events.
- Assist in preparing training materials, presentations, reports and documentation.
- Handle logistical and administrative arrangements for training activities.
- Coordinate participant communication, stakeholder engagement and event management.
- Collect, organise and manage training‑related data and documentation.
- Prepare meeting minutes, progress reports and monitoring tools.
- Support digital learning activities, online workshops and knowledge‑sharing platforms.
- Collaborate with trainers, consultants, institutions and project stakeholders under senior supervision.
- Assist with visibility and communication activities related to training initiatives.
- Contribute to monitoring and reporting of training and capacity‑building outcomes.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in education, public administration, social sciences, communications, transport, management or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in training support, project coordination, event management or administrative support.
- At least 2 years of experience specifically supporting workshops, training programmes or capacity‑building activities.
- Experience with development cooperation, donor‑funded projects or work in developing countries is an advantage.
Required skills
- Familiarity with digital communication tools and online learning platforms.
