About the role

Fintek Digital Consultancy is looking for an Independent Distributor to represent its digital consultancy services in Gweru. You will act as the primary point of contact for local businesses, promoting solutions that help organisations improve operations and expand into new markets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential clients in the local market.
• Present Fintek’s service portfolio and tailor proposals to client needs.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.
• Gather client feedback and relay it to internal teams.
• Prepare basic reports on sales activities, leads, and market trends.
• Visit client locations and ensure a consistent on‑site presence.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and customer‑service abilities.
• Clear verbal and written communication for presentations and documentation.
• Basic understanding of digital services or willingness to learn.
• Organised, self‑motivated, and able to work independently on targets.
• Previous sales, distribution or business‑development experience is a plus.
• High integrity, professionalism, and commitment to inclusive business practices.
