About the role

We are seeking a senior leader to define and drive the strategy, implementation, operation, and commercialisation of a Hybrid Cloud Platform built on Google Distributed Cloud (GDC). The role will shape the organisation's cloud roadmap, oversee large‑scale migrations, and create new revenue streams through enterprise cloud services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Hybrid Cloud strategy and roadmap.
• Lead end‑to‑end implementation of Google Distributed Cloud (GDC) and its integration with Google Cloud Platform.
• Oversee migration of mission‑critical applications across the organisation.
• Improve infrastructure utilisation, automation, resilience, and disaster recovery.
• Provide the cloud platform for AI products and commercialise services such as IaaS, PaaS, DRaaS, Managed Cloud, AI Cloud, GPU‑as‑a‑Service, and Sovereign Cloud.
• Drive enterprise cloud revenue and profitability in partnership with the Commercial team.
• Lead strategic partnerships with Google and implementation partners.
• Build and lead a Cloud Centre of Excellence.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of experience in cloud infrastructure, enterprise platforms, or data centres.
• Proven track record of leading at least one end‑to‑end implementation of Google Distributed Cloud, Google Distributed Cloud Hosted, or Anthos‑based Hybrid Cloud.
• Hands‑on experience integrating GDC with Google Cloud Platform and migrating large‑scale mission‑critical applications.
• Exposure to telecom, banking, financial services, or government environments.
• Experience building enterprise or managed cloud businesses with commercial accountability.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field; Master’s preferred.
