Graphic Designer & Digital Printer Operator

About the role

AXA Holdings is looking for a creative Graphic Designer who will also operate digital printing equipment. The position is full‑time and based on‑site in Harare, where you will support the design team and ensure high‑quality printed output for client projects.

Key responsibilities

• Design visual assets including logos, branding materials and marketing graphics.
• Prepare artwork files for digital printing, selecting appropriate colours, resolutions and formats.
• Set up, operate and maintain digital printers to produce consistent, high‑quality prints.
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients to understand requirements and deliver on schedule.
• Manage material handling and oversee printing processes to minimise waste.

Required profile

• Strong eye for detail and visual aesthetics.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good time‑management and organisational skills.
• Degree or certification in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred.
