Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with all departments to provide timely service and smooth operations.
• Follow hotel policies, SOPs, and grooming standards at all times.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of hotel facilities and services to answer guest inquiries.
• Adhere to safety and security procedures, especially when entering guest rooms.
• Set up, clean, and break down trays in the dish area, ensuring all condiments are stocked.
• Learn and correctly use Point of Sale (POS) equipment and follow related procedures.
• Participate in training meetings to continuously improve professional skills.
