About the role

Join the vibrant team at Avani Victoria Falls Resort as a Food & Beverage Attendant. You will be the face of our hospitality, delivering friendly, efficient service to guests in a dynamic resort environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with all departments to ensure timely service and smooth operations.
• Follow hotel policies, SOPs, safety guidelines, and personal grooming standards.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of hotel facilities and menu offerings to answer guest inquiries.
• Operate Point of Sale (POS) equipment accurately and follow related procedures.
• Ensure strict security and privacy when entering guest rooms.
• Keep your work station clean and organized at all times.
• Participate in training sessions to continuously improve service quality.
• Handle room‑service trays, check corridors for returns, and break down trays in the dish area.

Required profile

• Team‑oriented attitude with a willingness to support colleagues.
• Strong adherence to hotel policies, safety standards, and grooming requirements.
• Excellent knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and menu items.
• Ability to follow instructions from supervisors and managers.
• Commitment to guest privacy and security.
