About the role

Dingamuzi Real Estate is seeking motivated and results‑driven Real Estate Agents to join its rapidly expanding team. You will work from our premium Newlands office, representing a legally compliant brand and helping clients buy, sell, or lease properties.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and nurture leads to build a robust pipeline of property sales opportunities.
• Conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and guide clients through the transaction process.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
• Stay up‑to‑date with market trends, pricing, and regulatory changes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction closing.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years proven property sales experience.
• Relevant real‑estate qualification or certification.
• Valid driver’s licence and personal vehicle.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
