Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Digital Marketing Specialist will join Nexzim Enterprises in Harare to plan, execute, and optimise multi‑channel digital campaigns. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on increasing brand awareness, driving engagement, and supporting e‑commerce and lead‑generation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow social media accounts, creating and scheduling engaging content.
• Plan, launch and optimise campaigns across social, search, email and other online channels.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyse web and marketing data, and generate regular reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align digital strategies with business objectives.
• Maintain Nexzim’s online presence and contribute to e‑commerce initiatives.
• Stay up‑to‑date with digital marketing trends and recommend new tools and tactics.

Required profile

• Strong background in digital and online marketing, preferably within technology, consulting, logistics or e‑commerce.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Organisational and time‑management abilities to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
