Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Digital Marketing Specialist will join Satewave Technologies in Harare to plan, execute and optimise digital marketing campaigns that promote the company’s smart city, smart health and energy solutions. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on driving brand awareness, lead generation and engagement across multiple online channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage multi‑channel digital marketing campaigns aligned with overall marketing objectives.
• Maintain and grow social media presence, creating and scheduling content, and engaging with the community on major platforms.
• Produce, edit and publish online content such as blog posts, articles, videos and graphics.
• Monitor website and campaign performance using web analytics tools, generate reports and provide data‑driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and support lead‑generation initiatives.
• Stay up‑to‑date with digital marketing trends, especially those relevant to technology, telecommunications and energy sectors.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital and online marketing, with a track record of executing successful multi‑channel campaigns.
• Strong proficiency in social media marketing, including content creation, scheduling and community management.
• Ability to analyse data from web analytics tools and translate insights into actionable improvements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting ideas to diverse stakeholders.
• Prior experience in technology, telecommunications or energy sectors is an advantage.
• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications or a related field preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently on‑site, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
