Join the culinary team at Avani Victoria Falls Resort as a Commis, supporting food preparation and service in a vibrant hospitality environment. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in a hotel kitchen while upholding the brand’s high standards for quality and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and service of food across all outlets.
• Prepare mise‑en‑place according to outlet requirements.
• Follow Avani’s food preparation and presentation guidelines to ensure consistent quality.
• Maintain clean and hygienic work areas at all times.
• Implement food safety practices, including proper storage, dating, rotation, and sanitation.
• Care for hotel property and facilities, adhering to checklists and cleaning schedules.
• Support events, banquets and other functions as needed.
• Comply with personal hygiene, grooming, fire safety and health & safety rules.
