Key responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and service of food across all outlets.
• Prepare mise‑en‑place according to outlet requirements.
• Follow Avani’s food preparation and presentation guidelines to ensure consistent quality.
• Maintain clean and hygienic work areas, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Handle food storage, dating, rotation, and protection in compliance with safety protocols.
• Support hotel property and facility upkeep.
• Participate in departmental training to improve skills and service levels.
• Monitor and follow departmental checklists and cleaning schedules.
• Assist at events, banquets, and other functions as needed.
• Comply with personal hygiene, grooming, fire safety, and health & safety rules.
